By Sanjeev Kapoor 15 Feb 2017 in Recipes Course New Update Advertisment Main Ingredients Boneless chicken breasts, Mozzarella cheese Cuisine Italian Course Main Course Chicken Prep Time 16-20 minutes Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Caprese Chicken Roulade 4 Boneless chicken breasts cut into butterfly shape as required Mozzarella cheese roundels as required Tomatoes sun dried for greasing Oil to taste Crushed black peppercorns to taste Salt to sprinkle Balsamic vinegar Method Preheat oven to 180º C. Grease a baking tray with some oil. Place each chicken butterfly on worktop. Sprinkle some crushed peppercorns and salt over them. Place mozzarella cheese roundels and sun dried tomatoes alternatively on top on the chicken. Drizzle some balsamic vinegar on top and roll it tightly. Place them on the greased baking tray. Place the baking tray in preheated oven and bake for 10-15 minutes.
