Ingredients for Bread Dipping Sauce Recipe

  • Baguette as required

  • First sauce

  • Extra virgin olive oil 3 tablespoons

  • Balsamic vinegar 1 tablespoon

  • Salt to taste

  • Black pepper powder A pinch

  • Second sauce

  • Fresh curly parsley 1-2 sprigs

  • Fresh basil leaves 8-10

  • Fresh thyme a little

  • Fresh rosemary a little

  • Red chilli flakes 1 teaspoon

  • Salt to taste

  • Black peppercorns crushed 1/2 teaspoon

  • Balsamic vinegar 1 tablespoon

  • Extra virgin olive oil 3 tablespoons


Step 1

To make the 1st sauce, pour extra virgin olive oil on a plate, add balsamic vinegar, salt and black pepper powder and mix well.

Step 2

Slice the baguette and serve with this dipping sauce.

Step 3

To make the 2nd sauce, put the parsley sprigs into a chopper jar. Add basil leaves, thyme, rosemary, red chilli flakes, salt, crushed black peppercorns, balsamic vinegar and extra virgin olive oil and crush.

Step 4

Pour into a bowl and serve with baguette slices.
