Ingredients 

  •  Baguette as required

First sauce

  • 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • Salt to taste
  • A pinch of black pepper powder

Second sauce

  • 1-2 sprigs of fresh curly parsley
  • 8-10 fresh basil leaves
  • A little fresh thyme
  • A little fresh rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon red chilli flakes
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon crushed black peppercorns 
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

Method

  1. To make the 1st sauce, pour extra virgin olive oil on a plate, add balsamic vinegar, salt and black pepper powder and mix well.
  2. Slice the baguette and serve with this dipping sauce.
  3. To make the 2nd sauce, put the parsley sprigs into a chopper jar. Add basil leaves, thyme, rosemary, red chilli flakes, salt, crushed black peppercorns, balsamic vinegar and extra virgin olive oil and crush.
  4. Pour into a bowl and serve with baguette slices.
