Ingredients list for Bloody Mary Sorbet

  • 1 inch stick Celery cut into pieces
  • 1 tablespoon Garlic chopped
  • 1 cup Tomato puree fresh
  • ½ tablespoon Lemon juice
  • ½ Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Celery salt

Method

  1. Blend together celery sticks and garlic.
  2. Add tomato puree, lemon juice, sugar and celery salt and blend to a smooth mixture.
  3. Strain and pour into an ice tray. Freeze till set.
  4. Blend the frozen sorbet cubes again till slushy.
