Ingredients
- 600 grams ladyfingers, 1 inch pieces
- 3 tablespoons oil
- 2 medium onions, chopped
- 2 medium tomatoes, chopped
- 3 green chillies, chopped
- 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
- 2 teaspoon coriander powder
- Salt to taste
Method
- Rub salt and deep fry lady fingers in medium hot oil for five to seven minutes or till crisp.
- Heat three tablespoons oil in a kadai.
- Add onions and sauté for three to four minutes.
- Add the tomatoes and sauté till the tomatoes are soft.
- Add green chillies, red chilli powder, coriander powder and salt and sauté for another two minutes.
- Add fried lady fingers and sauté for another minute.
- Serve hot with chapatis.
