Add salt and turmeric powder and mix well. Add some salt-turmeric water to dhania dal, fennel seeds and sesame seeds and mix well. Set aside till water gets soaked. Heat a non-stick pan, add dhania dal and roast till fragrant and crunchy. Transfer into a bowl and cool. Similarly dry roast sesame seeds and fennel seeds separately and mix all the ingredients well. Store in an airtight container.
