Ingredients list for Basic Mukhwas
- 1/4 cup Fennel seeds (saunf)
- 1/4 cup White sesame seeds
- 1/4 cup Dhania dal
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder
Method
- Take some water in a bowl. Add salt and turmeric powder and mix well.
- Add some salt-turmeric water to dhania dal, fennel seeds and sesame seeds and mix well. Set aside till water gets soaked.
- Heat a non-stick pan, add dhania dal and roast till fragrant and crunchy. Transfer into a bowl and cool. Similarly dry roast sesame seeds and fennel seeds separately and mix all the ingredients well.
- Store in an airtight container.
