Add refined flour, wheat flour, sugar, salt and butter. Mix well together. Add a little water and knead into a stiff dough. Divide into ten to twelve balls. Roll out into small dics of half centimeter thickness. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai. Fry puris, one by one, till golden brown. Drain and remove onto an absorbent paper.
