Ingredients
- 4 medium potatoes boiled, peeled and cut into cubes
- 1 tablespoon mustard oil
- 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon fenugreek seeds
- 1 teaspoon onion seeds
- 1 teaspoon fennel seeds
- 1 tablespoon mango pickle masala
- Salt to taste
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh coriander leaves
- Fresh coriander sprig to garnish
Method
- Heat oil in a deep non-stick pan, add mustard seeds and let them splutter.
- Add fenugreek seeds, onion seeds, fennel seeds and mango pickle masala and mix well.
- Add potatoes and toss. Add salt and mix well. Add coriander leaves and toss. Cover and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Transfer into a serving dish, garnish with coriander sprig and serve hot.
