Ingredients
- 8 blanched large broccoli florets
- 2 tablespoons yellow Thai curry paste
- ½ cup hung yogurt
- Salt to taste
- 1 kaffir lime
- Salad for serving
Method
- Take hung yogurt in a mixing bowl, add yellow Thai curry paste and salt. Zest kaffir lime directly into the bowl and mix well.
- Add blanched broccoli florets and mix well. Set aside to marinate for 10-15 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 180˚ C.
- Transfer the broccoli pieces on a greased baking tray, keep the tray in the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes.
- Bring the tray out of the oven, arrange the broccoli on a serving plate and serve hot with salad.
