Ingredients
- 8-12 tablespoons fresh pomegranate pearls + for garnish
- 2 tablespoons pomegranate juice
- 16-20 lemon pieces
- 72-80 fresh mint leaves
- Crushed ice as required
- 4 tablespoons sugar syrup
- Drinking soda as required
- Fresh mint sprig for garnish
Method
- For each portion, put 2-3 pomegranate pearls into a serving glass. Add 4-5 lemon pieces and 9-10 mint leaves and muddle well.
- Add crushed ice, 2 tablespoons pomegranate juice, 1 tablespoon sugar syrup, another 9-10 mint leaves and more crushed ice on top. Stir well.
- Top up with drinking soda and serve chilled garnished with mint sprig and pomegranate pearls.
