Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons instant coffee powder
- 8 vanilla ice cream scoops
- 3 tablespoons chocolate sauce + for drizzling
- 2 cups milk
- 10-12 ice cubes
Method
- Mix together coffee powder and ½ cup hot water in a bowl.
- Put ice cream scoops in a blender jar, add coffee mixture, peanut butter, chocolate sauce, milk and ice cubes and blend till smooth.
- Pour into 4 serving glasses. Drizzle chocolate sauce on top and serve immediately.
