Ingredients
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 4 cups milk
- 8 tablespoons yogurt
- 6 tablespoons chia seeds
- 6 tablespoons honey
- 1 medium red apple
- 1 medium pear
- 2 ripe yellow bananas
- 16-20 roasted almonds
Method
- To make each portion, put ½ cup rolled oats in a glass jar. Add 1 cup milk, 2 tablespoons yogurt, 1½ tablespoons chia seeds, 1½ tablespoons honey and mix well. Cover with a lid and refrigerate overnight.
- Chop ¼ red apple and ¼ pear. Peel a banana, halve it and cut half the banana into roundels. Roughly chop 4-5 roasted almonds.
- Take the jar out of the referigerator and arrange the chopped fruits and almonds over the prepared oats mixture and screw the lid on.
- You can eat it directly from the glass jar or transfer into a bowl and eat.
