Overnight Oats

Method

  1. To make each portion, put ½ cup rolled oats in a glass jar. Add 1 cup milk, 2 tablespoons yogurt, 1½ tablespoons chia seeds, 1½ tablespoons honey and mix well. Cover with a lid and refrigerate overnight.
  2. Chop ¼ red apple and ¼ pear. Peel a banana, halve it and cut half the banana into roundels. Roughly chop 4-5 roasted almonds.
  3. Take the jar out of the referigerator and arrange the chopped fruits and almonds over the prepared oats mixture and screw the lid on. 
  4. You can eat it directly from the glass jar or transfer into a bowl and eat.
