Ingredients
- 200 grams feta cheese
- Crushed black peppercorns to taste
- ¼ cup extra virgin oil + for drizzling
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh dill leaves (suva)
- 1½ tablespoons chopped spring onion greens
- Lavash or any bread of your choice to serve
Method
- Put the feta cheese in a food processor, add crushed black peppercorns and extra virgin olive oil and process to a smooth paste. Transfer this into a bowl.
- Add dill and spring onion greens and mix well. Transfer into a serving bowl, make a slight dent at the top, drizzle some olive oil into it and serve with lavash or any bread of your choice.
