Ingredients
- ½ cup fine semolina (barik sooji)
- A pinch of salt
- ½ cup warm milk
Method
- Take semolina in a bowl, add salt and warm milk, mix well and knead into a soft dough. Cover with a damp muslin cloth and set aside for 10-15 minutes.
- Divide the dough into equal portions and roll each portion into thin cylinders. Break small portions and shape them with your fingers into grains of wheat. Spread them out in a plate and air dry for 1 day.
- Store in air tight container and use as required.
