  1. Transfer the curdled milk in a mixer jar, add semolina and grind to a smooth mixture. 
  2. Take whole wheat flour in a large bowl, add salt, and the ground mixture and whisk till a smooth batter is formed. 
  3. Add ½ cup water and mix well. Add baking powder and whisk till well combined.  
  4. Heat a non-stick tawa. Pour a ladleful of the batter and spread it into a thin disc. Drizzle some oil on the sides, cook for 1-2 minutes on medium heat. Fold it in half and place on a serving plate and serve hot with coconut chutney. 
  5. Make more dosas with the remaining batter.
