Ingredients
- 1½ cups curdled milk, mixed with 2-3 cups water
- 1 cup semolina (rawa)
- 1½ cups whole wheat flour
- Salt to taste
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- Oil for drizzling
- Coconut chutney to serve
Method
- Transfer the curdled milk in a mixer jar, add semolina and grind to a smooth mixture.
- Take whole wheat flour in a large bowl, add salt, and the ground mixture and whisk till a smooth batter is formed.
- Add ½ cup water and mix well. Add baking powder and whisk till well combined.
- Heat a non-stick tawa. Pour a ladleful of the batter and spread it into a thin disc. Drizzle some oil on the sides, cook for 1-2 minutes on medium heat. Fold it in half and place on a serving plate and serve hot with coconut chutney.
- Make more dosas with the remaining batter.
