Method

  1. Core and chop the apples into thin slices and set aside.
  2. Heat 2 cups water in a sauce pan, add apple juice, cinnamon and ginger, mix and bring the mixture to boil.
  3. Add some apple slices, mix and cook for 1-2 minutes. Add tea leaves and mix well.
  4. Add sugar and mix well, continue to cook for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Put some of the remaining apple slices in each serving cup and strain the prepared tea into them.
  6. Place a cinnamon stick in each cup and serve hot.
