Ingredients

    • 2 cups apple juice, chilled
    • 2 X 1 inch cinnamon 
    • 4 green tea bags
    • 1 tablespoon honey
    • Ice cubes as required 
    • Green apple slices for garnishing

    Method

    1. Heat 4 cups water in a deep non-stick pan. Add honey and dip in tea bags till water boils. Discard tea bags and strain the mixture in another bowl. Refrigerate to chill.
    2. Add some ice cubes and apple juice and cover.
    3. Pour in individual tall glasses and garnish each with a green apple slice. Serve chilled.
