Ingredients
- 2 cups apple juice, chilled
- 2 X 1 inch cinnamon
- 4 green tea bags
- 1 tablespoon honey
- Ice cubes as required
- Green apple slices for garnishing
Method
- Heat 4 cups water in a deep non-stick pan. Add honey and dip in tea bags till water boils. Discard tea bags and strain the mixture in another bowl. Refrigerate to chill.
- Add some ice cubes and apple juice and cover.
- Pour in individual tall glasses and garnish each with a green apple slice. Serve chilled.
