Ingredients
· 200 grams dark chocolate bar
· 2 tbsps oil
· 1 cup dried corn kernels
· 2 tbsps butter
Method
1. Grate the dark chocolate on a plate.
2. Heat oil in a deep non-stick pan. Add the dried corn kernels and mix well. Cover with a heavy lid and let the kernels pop. Shake the pan in between.
3. Switch the heat off once all the kernels have popped. Add the grated chocolate and butter and mix till the chocolate melts.
4. Transfer the popcorn on a plate and allow to cool slightly.
5. Serve.
