Ingredients
- 4 soft bread loaf slices
- 100 grams grated mozzarella cheese
- 1 whole garlic pod
- ⅛ teaspoon salt
- A pinch of crushed black peppercorns
- ¼ teaspoon dried mixed herbs
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 50 grams butter
Method
- Cut the garlic head and place it on a piece of aluminium foil.
- Sprinkle salt, crushed black peppercorns and dried mixed herbs over it.
- Drizzle olive oil on top and gather the edges of aluminium foil to seal completely.
- Preheat the air fryer at 180° C for 2-3 minutes.
- Place the garlic parcel in the air fryer basket, fit it to the air fryer and air fry for 20 minutes
- Bring the basket out, allow to cool and squeeze out pulp into a bowl. Add butter and mix well.
- Apply this mixture on loaf slices and sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.
- Place them in the air fryer basket, fit it to the air fryer and air fry for 3 minutes.
- Bring the basket out, transfer the loaf slices onto a serving plate and serve hot.
