Method

  1. Heat 2 cups water in a non-stick pan, add Pro V Select Afghan Whole Natural Black Raisins and cook till the mixture comes to a boil. Add sugar and cook for 10-12 minutes on medium heat. Take the pan off the heat and allow to cool.
  2. Heat fresh cream in another non-stick pan, add white chocolate and cook, stirring, till chocolate melts. Take the pan off the heat and allow to cool.
  3. Take whipping cream in a bowl and beat till soft peaks are formed.
  4. Add condensed milk and continue to beat.
  5. Add white chocolate mixture and mix with light hands.
  6. Reserve some raisin mixture and add the remaining mixture to the above mixture and mix well.
  7. Transfer into an airtight container, spread remaining raisin mixture on top, cover the container and freeze for 8-10 hours.
  8. Put scoops in serving bowls and serve chilled.
