Ingredients
- 8-10 fresh strawberries
- Strawberry slices for garnish
- ½ cup whipping cream
- 8 readymade tart shells
- ¼ cup melted white chocolate + as required
- 3-4 eggless vanilla cake slices
- 3-4 teaspoons castor sugar
- Fresh basil leaves for garnish
Method
- Brush melted white chocolate on the inner sides of the tart shells and arrange them on a serving platter.
- Chop strawberries roughly. Cut cakes slices into small pieces.
- Transfer the chopped strawberries into a bowl, add castor sugar and mix well. Set aside for 5 minutes,
- Whip the cream till soft peaks are formed. Add ¼ cup melted white chocolate and whisk well.
- Put cake pieces at the base of all tart shells and top up with strawberry mixture.
- Transfer the whipped cream in a piping bag fitted with a star nozzle and pipe rosettes on top of the strawberry mixture.
- Garnish with strawberry slices and basil leaves and serve.
