Ingredients
- 1 cup yogurt
- ¼ cup Pro V Afghan Whole Natural Black Raisins
- 1 cup fresh cream
- Fresh mint sprigs for garnish
Method
- Take ¼ cup Pro V Afghan Whole Natural Black Raisins in a bowl. Add sufficient water and set aside to soak for 2-3 hours.
- Drain the water and transfer the raisins into a grinder jar. Add 2 tablespoons water and grind to a fine paste.
- Preheat oven to 180º C.
- Transfer the ground paste into a bowl, add yogurt and fresh cream and mix well. Strain through a fine sieve into another bowl.
- Transfer the mixture in individual earthenware bowl and arrange them on a baking tray. Add water in the tray and cover with aluminium foil.
- Keep the tray in the preheated oven and bake for 8-10 minutes. Bring the tray out of the oven and allow to cool down to room temperature.
- Keep the bowls in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
- Garnish with mint sprigs and serve chilled.
