Ingredients
- 1 medium green zucchini cut into small pieces
- ½ cup pine nuts(chilgoza)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon garlic chopped
- 1 medium onion finely chopped
- Salt to taste
- Crushed black peppercorns to taste
Method
- Heat olive oil in a non-stick pan. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds. Add onion and sauté till translucent.
- Add zucchini, mix and cook for 2 minutes. Add pine nuts, salt and crushed peppercorns, mix and cook for 1-2 minutes. Remove from heat and cool.
- Grind the cooked zucchini mixture along with some water to make a smooth mixture.
- Transfer in a bowl, sprinkle some crushed peppercorns on top and serve.
