By Sanjeev Kapoor 29 Jul 2016 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Cherry tomatoes, Olive oil Cuisine Fusion Course Main Course Vegetarian Prep Time 6-10 minutes Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Advertisment Ingredients list for Zucchini Pasta 6-8 Cherry tomatoes halved 1 tablespoon Olive oil 1 tablespoon Garlic chopped 1 cup Mixed green and yellow zucchini cut into strips and soaked 1 medium Onion finely chopped to taste Salt to taste Black pepper powder 1 small Carrot cut into thin strips 2 tablespoons Fresh cream 1/2 tablespoon Parmesan cheese powder 5-7 + for Basil leaves for garnishing Parmesan cheese shavings Method Heat olive oil in a non-stick pan. Add garlic and sauté till golden. Add onion and sauté till translucent. Add cherry tomatoes, mix and cook for a minute. Add salt, pepper powder, mix and cook for a minute. Add zucchini strips and carrot strips, mix and cook for a minute. Add cream and mix well. Switch off heat, add parmesan cheese powder and torn basil leaves and mix well.
