Ingredients list for Winter Paneer

  • 250 grams Paneer 1/2 inch cubes
  • 2 tablespoons French Beans
  • 1 Green chilli
  • 10-12 French beans cut into diamonds
  • 2 medium Carrot cut into ½ inch cubes
  • 1 medium Onion cut into ½ inch cubes
  • 1/2 teaspoon Soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper powder
  • to taste Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Tomato ketchup

Method

  1. Heat oil in a non stick pan add green chilliesand when it starts spluttering add french beans, carrots and saute for a minute.
  2. Add onions and cook till vegetables are cooked. Add soya sauce, black pepper powder, salt and tomato ketchup and saute for a minute.
  3. Serve hot.
