By Sanjeev Kapoor 04 Oct 2018 in Recipes Course New Update Advertisment Main Ingredients Whole wheat flour (atta), Fresh coriander sprigs Cuisine Fusion Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 26-30 minutes Cook time 16-20 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Whole Wheat Masala Cracker-SK Khazana 1 1/2 cups for dusting Whole wheat flour (atta) a few Fresh coriander sprigs 2 Garlic cloves 1 Green chilli to taste Salt 1 tablespoon Dried yeast tablespoon Castor sugar 1 tablespoon Oil Method Blend together coriander sprigs, garlic cloves and green chillies with some water to a fine paste. Put wheat flour in a bowl and add salt. Mix and make a well in it, add yeast, castor sugar and some warm water. Mix and let the yeast activate. Mix well, add prepared paste and knead. Add some water and knead again. Add oil and knead to a semi-stiff dough. Set aside to rest for 10-15 minutes. Preheat oven to 180º C. Divide the dough into equal portions, dust with some flour and roll out into thin discs. Use a flower shaped cookie cutter and cut out crackers from them. Prick them all over with a fork and transfer on a baking tray. Put the tray in the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes.
