Ingredients
- 100 grams white chocolate, melted
- 325 grams white chocolate, chopped
- 2 tablespoons slivered almonds
- 1 cup refined flour (maida)
- 80 grams butter
- 80 grams castor sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 2 eggs
- 3 grams baking powder
Method
- Preheat oven to 180̊ C.
- Cream together butter and castor sugar in a bowl using an electric beater.
- Add vanilla essence and eggs and whisk. Add melted white chocolate and whisk well. Add chopped white chocolate.
- Sift together flour and baking powder and fold till well combined into a dough.
- Line a baking tray with a silicon mat and arrange portions of dough.
- Put the tray into the preheated oven and bake for 12-15 minutes. Remove from oven and cool.
- Serve.
