Ingredients list for Wheat Cake
- 250 grams Whole wheat flour
- 1 tablespoon Baking powder
- 3 Eggs
- 250 grams Sugar
- 1/2 cup Milk
- 1 cup Ghee
- 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla essence
Method
- Preheat the oven at 180°C.
- Combine together whole wheat flour, baking powder in a bowl ank keep it aside.
- Mix together eggs, sugar, milk, ghee, vanilla essence and slowely fold the flour in the egg mixture so that no lumps are formed.
- Pour the batter in the greased cake tin and bake it for thirty to forty minutes.
- Remove from oven and cool. Slice and serve warm.
