Ingredients list for Warm Souffle With Grand Marnier
- 3 Eggs
- 5 tablespoons Refined flour (maida)
- 7 teaspoons Butter
- Sugar
- 3/4 cup Milk
- 6 1/2 tablespoons Grand Marnier
- a pinch Salt
Method
- Melt butter in a frying pan. Add refined flour and cook over low heat until just golden. Stir continuously with a wire whisk.
- Preheat oven at 250°C. Grease four individual soufflé dishes and sprinkle some sugar. Separate the egg yolk from the white.
- Beat egg whites till stiff. Add salt and sugar. Add milk to roux and transfer into a bowl. Add egg yolks to roux and mix. Add Grand Marnier and mix. Fold in egg whites.
- Pour into soufflé moulds till three fourths full. Bake in the preheated oven for eight to ten minutes.
- Serve immediately.
