By Sanjeev Kapoor 25 Feb 2016 in Recipes New Update Main Ingredients Baby potatoes, French beans Cuisine Fusion Course Salads Prep Time 6-10 minutes Cook time 26-30 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients 8-10 baby potatoes, boiled 10-12 French beans, cut into 1 inch pieces and boiled For dressing 2 tablespoons skimmed milk cottage cheese (paneer),crumbled 1/2 cup skimmed milk yogurt 1 teaspoon mustard paste Salt to taste 7-8 black peppercorns. crushed 2 stalks spring onion greens, chopped For garnishing 1/2 teaspoon paprika or crushed red chillies Method Mix together baby potatoes with skin and French beans and keep them aside. For dressing, mix together paneer, yogurt, mustard paste, salt, crushed peppercorns and chopped spring onion greens well. Mix baby potatoes and French beans with the prepared dressing gently.
