Ingredients for Walnut Chutney - SK Khazana Recipe

  • California walnuts 25-30

  • Cumin seeds 1 1/2 tablespoons

  • Dried red chillies 4-5

  • Red chilli powder 2 teaspoons

  • Sea salt to taste

  • Garlic cloves 6-7

Method

Step 1

Roasted walnuts mixed with roasted cumin seeds and garlic and ground - delicious

Step 2

Add red chillies to the same pan and dry roast for 1-2 minutes. Transfer into the same bowl.

Step 3

Add walnuts to the same pan and dry roast till crisp. Transfer into the same bowl.

Step 4

Add red chilli powder, sea salt and garlic cloves and mix together.

Step 5

Transfer the mixture into a blender jar and blend to a coarse powder.

Step 6

Transfer into a serving bowl and let it cool down to room temperature. Use as required.
