Ingredients
- 25-30 Walnuts
- 1 1/2 tablespoons cumin seeds
- 4-5 dried red chillies
- 2 teaspoons red chilli powder
- Sea salt to taste
- 6-7 garlic cloves
Method
- Roasted walnuts mixed with roasted cumin seeds and garlic and ground - delicious
- Add red chillies to the same pan and dry roast for 1-2 minutes. Transfer into the same bowl.
- Add walnuts to the same pan and dry roast till crisp. Transfer into the same bowl.
- Add red chilli powder, sea salt and garlic cloves and mix together.
- Transfer the mixture into a blender jar and blend to a coarse powder.
- Transfer into a serving bowl and let it cool down to room temperature. Use as required.
