Ingredients
- Watermelon balls as required
 - 1½ cups rose syrup water
 - Fresh mint leaves as required
 - 2 cups white aerated lemon drink
 - 2 teaspoons roasted cumin seeds
 - Black salt to taste
 - 1 teaspoon chaat masala
 - Watermelon triangles for garnishing
 
Method
- Put 2 watermelon balls and mint leaves in each ice tray mould. Pour the rose syrup water, cover and freeze for 3-4 hours.
 - Put cumin seeds, black salt and chaat masala in a mortar and crush using a pestle into fine powder.
 - Put 4-5 watermelon and rose cubes, ½ teaspoon crushed cumin seeds mixture, 3-4 torn mint leaves and ½ cup white aerated drink in each serving glass.
 - Serve chilled garnished with watermelon triangles.
