Ingredients list for Vegetarian Toasted Sandwich

  • 4 slices Bread
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 2-3 medium Potatoes boiled, peeled and grated
  • 1 medium Onions chopped
  • 1 Carrot chopped
  • 6-8 French beans chopped
  • 4-5 florets Cauliflower chopped
  • to taste Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Red chilli powder
  • 1 teaspoon Pomegranate seeds (anardana) crushed
  • 2 tablespoons Cheese grated

Method

  1. Boil the potatoes. Cool, peel and grate them. Boil the vegetables. Drain and leave them aside.
  2. In a bowl take the potatoes and add onion and boiled vegetables.
  3. Add salt, red chilli powder and pomegranate seeds and mix well.
  4. Spread some of the mixture on one bread slice and cover with another slice.
