Ingredients
- 1/2 medium carrrot
- 2-3 inch celery stalk, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 bay leaf
- 5-6 black peppercorns
- 2-3 cloves
Method
- Take all the ingredients in a pan with five cups of water and bring it to a boil. Simmer for fifteen minutes and strain. Cool and store in a refrigerator till further use.
