Ingredients list for Veg Sandwich
- 6 Bread slices
- 1 medium Onion, chopped
- 1 Green capsicum, chopped
- 1 medium Tomato, chopped
- 1 medium Carrot, grated
- a pinch Carrot, grated
- 1/2 teaspoon Red chilli powder
- to taste Salt
- 1 tablespoon Oil
Method
- Heat oil in a non stick pan. add onion and saute till translucent.
- Add capsicum, tomato and carrot. Mix well and cook for two minutes.
- Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder and salt toss well. Once the vegetables are cooked, spread them on bread slices and serve.
