Ingredients

  • 1 cup barnyard millet (samo), soaked for 4-5 hours
  • ½ cup sago (sabudana), soaked for 4-5 hours
  • 1 cup yogurt (dahi)
  • 1 teaspoon rock salt (sendha namak)
  • Oil for drizzling
  • Coconut chutney to serve

Method 

  1. Put soaked samo, soaked sabudana, yogurt, rock salt and ½ cup water in a mixer jar and grind to a fine mixture. Transfer this into a bowl and whisk well.
  2. Heat a non-stick tawa.
  3. Pour a ladleful of the batter and spread it in a clockwise motion to a thin dosa. Drizzle some oil all around and cook for 2-3 minutes. Fold in half and transfer it onto a serving plate. Make more dosas with the remaining batter.
  4. Serve hot with coconut chutney.
