Remove and set it aside. In the same pane add one tablespoon ghee add onions and saute till light brown.Add soya sauce, sweet chilli sauce, white pepper powder and salt and saute for a minute. Add capsicums, baby caorns, carrots and toss for two minutes.Add semolina add two cups water and let it simmer till the water absorbs.
