Ingredients list for Tutti Fruity Cake
- 1/2 cup Tutti Frutty
- 2 cups Condensed Milk
- 1 cup Butter softened
- 1 cup (400 gms) Milkmaid
- 4 Eggs
- 2 teaspoons Vanilla essence
- 1/4 cup Milk
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- Royal icing
- 1 cup Icing sugar
- 1 Egg white
Method
- Preheat oven at 180°C.
- Combine butter and Milkmaid in a bowl and whisk well.
- Add eggs and beat well. Add vanilla essence and mix well. Add milk and whisk well.
- Combine refined flour, baking powder and tutti fruity in another bowl and mix well.
- Add flour mixture to butter mixture and fold in to mix well.
- Pour batter into a silicon mould filling ¾ and tap lightly. Place the mould in the preheated oven and bake for 18-20 minutes.
- To make royal icing, take icing sugar in a bowl. Add egg white gradually to it and whisk well.
- Remove cake from heat, demould and cool to room temperature.
- Place the cake on a serving dish. Spread royal icing on top and serve.
