Triple Chocolate Cookies These cookies have an overload of chocolate – white and dark chocolate chips and cocoa powder. This is a Sanjeev Kapoor exclusive recipe. By Sanjeev Kapoor 06 Mar 2017 in Recipes Course New Update Advertisment Main Ingredients White chocolate, Dark chocolate Cuisine Fusion Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 31-40 minutes Cook time 16-20 minutes Serve 4 Taste Sweet Level of Cooking Easy Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Triple Chocolate Cookies ½ cup White chocolate chips ½ cup Dark chocolate chips ¼ cup Cocoa powder 1¼ cup Refined flour (maida) ½ cup Butter ¾ cup Castor sugar (caster sugar) 2 Eggs 1 teaspoon Vanilla essence 1 teaspoon Baking soda 2 tablespoons Milk Method Preheat oven to 180° C. Line a baking tray with a silicon mat. Cream together butter and castor sugar in a bowl with an electric beater. Add eggs and vanilla essence and whisk well. Sieve together flour, cocoa powder and baking soda into the bowl and whisk well. Add milk and continue to whisk. Add white chocolate chips and dark chocolate chips and fold in well. Divide the mixture into large equal portions and shape them into balls. Place them on the lined baking tray and flatten lightly. Place the tray in preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes. Remove from oven and cool.
