Ingredients list for Til Chutney
- 2 tablespoons Sesame seeds (til)
- 2 Green chillies
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 medium Onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup Mint leaves
- 1/2 cup coriander leaves, chopped
- 2 tablespoons Tamarind pulp
- to taste Salt
Method
- Heat a tawa and roast the sesame seeds till light brown.
- Remove and allow it to cool.In a blender; blend together half the sesame seeds, green chillies, garlic, onion, mint leaves, coriander leaves, tamarind pulp, salt and little water. Blend till smooth.
- Remove in a bowl and mix the remaining sesame seeds. Serve with roti.
