Ingredients list for Til Chutney

  • 2 tablespoons Sesame seeds (til)
  • 2 Green chillies
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 medium Onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Mint leaves
  • 1/2 cup coriander leaves, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Tamarind pulp
  • to taste Salt

Method

  1. Heat a tawa and roast the sesame seeds till light brown.
  2. Remove and allow it to cool.In a blender; blend together half the sesame seeds, green chillies, garlic, onion, mint leaves, coriander leaves, tamarind pulp, salt and little water. Blend till smooth.
  3. Remove in a bowl and mix the remaining sesame seeds. Serve with roti.
