Ingredients list for Thin Crust Pizza

  • 1 1/2 cups Refined flour (maida)
  • 20 grams Fresh yeast
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 tablespo for brushing Oil
  • as required Pizza sauce
  • as required Button mushrooms sliced
  • as required Sweet corn kernels boiled
  • as required Fresh jalapenos sliced
  • as required Chicken sausages diagonally sliced
  • as required Mozzarella cheese block

Method

  1. Take refined flour in a bowl. Make a well in the center and add fresh yeast in it. Add sugar and some warm water and mix. Add 1 tbsp oil and knead into a dough. Cover the dough with a damp cloth and set aside to prove for 10-15 minutes.
  2. Preheat oven to 180°C.
  3. Dust the work top with flour and keep the dough on it. Knock back the dough and divide the dough into equal portions. Place each of the portions on the worktop and roll into thin discs.
  4. Brush oil on each base, spread tomato sauce, top with sliced mushrooms, sweet corn, fresh jalapenos and chicken sausages. Grate mozzarella cheese on top.
  5. Keep the tray in the preheated oven and bake 15-20 minutes
  6. Remove from the oven, transfer the pizzas onto serving plates and serve hot.
