Thai Green Curry Chicken Rice Thai green curry paste adds its special flavor to this chicken and rice dish This recipe is from FoodFood TV channel By Sanjeev Kapoor 27 Jan 2022 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Boneless chicken, Thai green paste Cuisine Thai Course Rice Prep Time 6-10 minutes Cook time 26-30 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Easy Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Thai Green Curry Chicken Rice 300 grams Boneless chicken , cut into 2 inch pieces 2 1/2 tablespoons Thai green paste 1 1/2 cups Jasmine rice 1 tablespoon OIl 5-6 Button mushrooms 1 Fresh Thai red chilli 2 cups Chicken stock to taste Salt 6-8 Broccoli florets 2 teaspoons Palm sugar 1 cup Coconut milk 1 Lemon to serve Fresh Thai basil sprig Method Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add Thai green curry paste, and sauté well. Add chicken and mix well. Slice button mushrooms and add and mix. Add fresh red chilli and mix well. Saute for 4-5 minutes. Add rice and mix well. Add chicken stock, mix well. Add salt, mix well, cover and cook for 4-5 minutes. Take the lid off and add broccoli and palm sugar and mix well. Add coconut milk and mix well. Cover and cook till chicken and rice are cooked completely. Transfer into a serving plate. Cut lemon into slices.
