Ingredients list for Tasty chapati
- 1 cup Cooked Rice
- 1 cup Wheat Flour
- 1/2 teaspoon Cumin powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Red chilli powder
- 2 tablespoons coriander leaves chopped
- to taste Salt
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 2 tablespoons Oil
Method
- In a bowl mash rice add whole wheat flour, cumin powder, red chilli powder, chopped coriander leaves, salt, sugar and make a soft dough.
- Divide the mixture into equal portions and roll them into chapatis.
- Heat 1 teaspoon oil in a no stick tawa and cook the chapatis till light brown on both the sides.
- Serve hot.
