Ingredients
- 2 oranges, removed into segments and further cut into 1/2 inch pieces
- 200 grams cottage cheese
- 1 large green capsicum, cut into ½ inch cubes
- 1/4 cup pomegranate kernels (anar)
For dressing
- 1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon honey
- Salt to taste
- 3-4 black peppercorns, crushed
- 6-8 fresh basil leaves
Method
- Combine paneer, orange segments, cucumber, capsicum and pomegranate in a large bowl and chill in the refrigerator.
- Combine all the ingredients for the dressing in a small bowl and stir to mix well.
- Add the dressing to the chilled paneer and orange mixture, toss to mix well and serve.
