Ingredients list for Stuffed Croissant
- 2 large Croissants
- 4-5 Chicken sausages
- 2 tablespoons Oil
- 1 medium Onion chopped
- 2-3 medium Garlic cloves chopped
- to taste Salt
- 2-3 tablespoons Tomato puree
- 1 tablespoon Fresh parsley chopped
- 1 teaspoon Crushed black peppercorns
- Parmesan cheese block
Method
- Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add onion and garlic and sauté. Add a little salt and sauté till onion changes colour. Chop sausages.
- Add tomato puree and sausages to the pan and mix well. Add parsley, salt and crushed black peppercorns and mix again.
- Slit the croissants without cutting through and make a cavity in the centre. Stuff the croissants with the sausage mixture. Shave parmesan cheese and put over the mixture. Close the croissants.
- Serve immediately.
