Ingredients list for Steamed Egg Katori-SK Khazana
- 4 Eggs
- 4 teaspoons Onion finely chopped
- 4 teaspoons Green capsicum finely chopped
- 2 teaspoon Red chilli flakes
- to taste Black peppercorns crushed
- to taste Salt
- 4 teaspoons Processed cheese grated
Method
- Break an egg into each of 4 glass bowls.
- Add 1 teaspoon onion, 1 teaspoon green capsicum, ½ teaspoon chilli flakes, crushed peppercorns, 1 teaspoon cheese and salt in each bowl.
- Heat sufficient water in the lower part of a steamer. Place the bowls in the perforated upper container, cover and steam for 7-8 minutes.
- Serve hot.
