Ingredients list for Steamed Egg Katori-SK Khazana

  • 4 Eggs
  • 4 teaspoons Onion finely chopped
  • 4 teaspoons Green capsicum finely chopped
  • 2 teaspoon Red chilli flakes
  • to taste Black peppercorns crushed
  • to taste Salt
  • 4 teaspoons Processed cheese grated

Method

  1. Break an egg into each of 4 glass bowls.
  2. Add 1 teaspoon onion, 1 teaspoon green capsicum, ½ teaspoon chilli flakes, crushed peppercorns, 1 teaspoon cheese and salt in each bowl.
  3. Heat sufficient water in the lower part of a steamer. Place the bowls in the perforated upper container, cover and steam for 7-8 minutes.
  4. Serve hot.
