Ingredients list for Sprouts Tabbouleh

  • 1/2 cup Sprouted Moong blanched
  • 4 tablespoons Cracked Wheat
  • 4 stalks Spring onions chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh coriander leaves
  • 4 stalks Spring onion greens chopped
  • 6-8 Fresh mint leaves finely chopped
  • 1 medium Tomato, seeded, cut into ½ inch cubes
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste White pepper powder
  • 2 teaspoons Olive oil

Method

  1. Soak the burghul for about fifteen minutes. Drain. Place burghul in a bowl. Add spring onions and mix, crushing onions slightly with your fingers.
  2. Add sprouted moong and coriander leaves and mix well. Add spring onion greens, mint leaves and tomato cubes. To make the dressing, mix lemon juice, salt and pepper powder.
  3. Add it to the salad and mix. Add olive oil, toss and chill salad before serving.
