Ingredients
- 6-8 fresh spinach leaves (palak)
- 1 medium avocado
- 1 jalapeno finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon garlic chopped
- 1 small onions finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 5 tablespoons sour cream
- Salt to taste
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped + for garnishing
Method
- Grind together jalapeno, garlic, onion, lemon juice, sour cream, salt, 1 tablespoon chopped parsley, avocado flesh and torn spinach leaves to a smooth mixture.
- Serve garnished with chopped parsley.
