Ingredients list for Spinach-Paneer Omelette

  • 2 cups Spinach roughly chopped
  • 2 cups Paneer grated
  • to taste Salt
  • 3 tablespoons Oil
  • 2 tablespoons Red chilli powder
  • 2 tablespoons Garam masala powder
  • 8 Eggs beaten
  • 1/4 cup Milk
  • 4 Spring onion green chopped
  • 1 large Red capsicum finely chopped
  • 1 large Yellow capsicum chopped
  • to taste Black pepper powder


  1. Sprinkle salt on spinach leaves and set aside. Squeeze out excess water.
  2. Heat one tablespoon oil in a non-stick pan. Add spinach and saute for a minute or till the spinach gets cooked.
  3. Add one tablespoon oil in the same pan. Add paneer and saute for a minute.
  4. Add red chilli powder, garam masala powder and salt and saute for a minute.
  5. In a bowl mix together eggs with milk and spring onion greens and mix well.
  6. Heat remaining oil in a non-stick pan. Pour the egg mixture in the pan.
  7. Sprinkle salt and black pepper powder and cook till done on both sides.
  8. Remove and keep it in the serving plate. Put the paneer and spinach filling in it and fold the omelette.
  9. Serve hot sprinkled with red and yellow capsicum.
