Spice Cookie of the Salt Savoury cookies made with whole wheat flour, gram flour and yogurt flavoured with cumin seeds and mustard seeds By Sanjeev Kapoor 10 Dec 2014 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Wheat Flour, Yogurt Cuisine Indian Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 6-10 minutes Cook time 26-30 minutes Serve 35 Taste Sweet Level of Cooking Moderate Others Veg Ingredients list for Spice Cookie of the Salt 2 cups Wheat Flour 2 tablespoons Yogurt 2 tablespoons Salt 1 tablespoon Sugar 1/3 cup Olive oil 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds 1 teaspoon Mustard seeds 7 tablespoons Yogurt Method Preheat the oven at 160c. In a large bowl mix together atta, besan, salt, sugar and olive oil and mix with finger tips. Add cumin seeds, mustard seeds and yogurt and mix well to form a dough. Divide into equal size balls. Press each ball between your palms lightly in such a way that every piece should be about one forth inch thickness and a diameter of one inch.
