Ingredients list for Soya Flour Baked Chakli
- 1 cup Soya flour
- 1/2 cup Split skinless black gram (dhuli urad dal) flour
- 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder
- 1 teaspoon Cumin powder roasted
- to taste Salt
- 2 tablespoons Butter
Method
- Preheat oven to 150º C. Place a silicon sheet on a baking tray.
- Mix soya flour, black gram flour, red chilli powder, cumin powder, salt and butter in a bowl. Add sufficient water and knead into a soft dough.
- Put sufficient dough into a chakli press and press out chaklis from it onto the silicon sheet. Repeat this till all the dough is used up.
- Place the tray in the preheated oven and bake for twenty minutes.
- Remove from heat, cool and serve.
